1/2 pint sour cream (or yogurt)

1/4 to 1/3 lb. Roquefort or blue cheese

1 cup mayo

1 T. vinegar

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. parsley

Roquefort Dip

3 oz. cream cheese

1/3 cup bleu cheese

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. garlic  powder

1/4 tsp dry mustard powder

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 cup light cream

1/2 tsp. chives
